Although the COVID situation has settled somewhat it is still a significant public health issue. With that in mind, we request that you comply with the following COVID risk mitigation measures.

Please DO NOT attend the clinic in the following situations, we will provide you with an alternative option:

1. If you currently have COVID

2. If you had COVID less than 10 days prior

3. If you have symptoms suggestive of COVID, please do a RAT or PCR. If either is positive, please do not attend
